4:15 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. Brain Health & Memory - Virginia C. Persinger, MD
Practical information on maintaining cognitive wellness, reducing risk factors, and
recognizing when memory changes should be evaluated.
Topics include:
- Maintaining brain health as we age
- Lifestyle factors that support cognitive health
- Dementia prevention and risk reduction

A live demonstration focused on flexibility, balance, strength, and mobility, with practical exercises adults can incorporate into their daily routines.

A healthy-aging cooking demonstration showcasing nutrition strategies that support energy, wellness, and long-term health.

A moderated conversation featuring local experts in healthy longevity, brain health, nutrition, and mobility.
